So, you want more followers?
Today, we’re going to talk about the next big secret weapon soon to be in your social media arsenal: the Crowdfire app.
Let me tell you about this app I’ve been using. Late last year I stumbled onto this app by pure chance I was skeptical at first “just another app” within the first week all my doubts disappeared!
Crowdfire works across a number of platforms, but we’re going to stick to looking at how it can improve your Twitter and Instagram reach.
So what’s Crowdfire?
Crowdfire is an app which helps you to either follow or unfollow people across various social media platforms speedily and on a semi-automated basis. (by semi-automated I mean it collects the information vital to its operation so you can choose the actions it takes.)
Everyone knows that following and interacting with others on Twitter and Instagram is a huge part of gaining followers yourself. Of course, if you’ve ever tried to follow large amounts of people in a short period of time you’ll know how much of a repetitive brain drain it is; you might be doing it all wrong too which is a real waste of time.
Acquiring followers is all about getting the right people to follow you; quality over quantity.
It’s a huge waste of time just having random followers who may or may not be interested in what you have to say and share; the likelihood is that if you’ve gone about acquiring followers in a random way those followers just won’t be interested in 99% of what you have to say.
This is where Crowdfire comes in; it can help you gain huge amounts of meaningful, engaged followers.
Crowdfire: Great features I enjoy (these are mainly Twitter based features)
You can quickly unfollow people who aren’t following you back (or if they just aren’t your demographic)
Use “Competitors’ followers” to follow relevant people based on who their followers are.
Use “Keyword Follow” to follow those who are using relevant hashtags that are of interest to you
Unfollow based on levels of activity (lose those inactive accounts)
Blacklist problem people
Whitelist the rest!
Check accounts to see who they are following
Schedule posts and post on demand to connected social media accounts
How to get Instagram and Twitter followers
The “Competitors’ followers” and “Keyword Follow” are some of my favorite tools; these allow you to focus on attracting meaningful followers by helping you to choose the accounts which are most likely to follow you back; you don’t waste your daily follows this way.
It’s a good idea to keep your total followers above the number of people you follow; the “Non Followers” tool is particularly helpful in trying to achieve this.
The “Competitors’ followers” feature is such a time saver and it means you can be super targeted in your following efforts. Chose the best influencers in your niche and follow their followers. Chances are you’re going to pick up some relevant, engaged followers.
Just an added note The focus of Crowdfire is on content sharing and content discovery. Crowdfire helps you find relevant content so that you can share it easily. Now due to Instagram’s policies, most of these features will be twitter based only but it will help you share content on Instagram and give you recommendations on who to interact with based on who you are currently following.
As for some general tips on how to gain followers on Twitter/Instagram your content is King (or Queen if you will) post great content and people will follow. Interact with those in your Niche other people will see you interacting and will be curious about you and follow through to see your content. This method works for me personally.
Top tips to hone your efforts
No kneejerk reactions. Give good people a fair chance to follow you back; give them a week or so before culling them!
Unfollow the oldest followers first (they’ve had their chance!)
Whitelist the accounts that you want to keep even if they don’t follow you back. These could be key influencers in your niche or something just for fun that brightens your day!
Hopefully, you can see the power of Crowdfire and how it can save you a ton of time and effort.
That’s your basic overview of the features I like the most, of course, there are many other features and benefits of this app but you should go check them out for yourself and see the magic that is Crowdfire.
You would not believe the time I have saved on my own social media marketing efforts with this app and like I’ve said before I never promote or review anything that I don’t use myself if I’m raving about it then it is worth your time to check it out. I’m neither a Reseller nor a Partner of Crowdfire I am a user just like you soon will be. Guess the secret is out now oops…
Happy following (and unfollowing!)
